Winemaking Notes

This wine includes grapes grown up-and-down the Valley. The hillside fruit brings bright acidity, rich tannins, as well as intense fruit, floral and herbaceous notes. The vineyards on the valley floor provide ripe, juicy fruit notes and fleshy tannins.
